Summary
The researchers aimed to speed up the process of enrollment of the students by constructing an Online Enrollment System using Google Forms. The proponents of this study had developed and made an online enrollment system that will provide a reliable and internet-based enrollment and admission to Senior High School of DJAPMNHS. The form will be answered by the enrollees while the responses will be monitored by the administrator. This software can be accessed by all the enrollees for Senior High School in DJAPMNHS. This project may help to make the process of enrollment faster and convenient for both the school administrators and the students.

Online Enrollment System can secure all the student’s information because all of the responses was saved automatically to the Google Drive of the administrator and allows the administrator to download an individual records of a student or the summary of all the answers through spreadsheet.

Advantages of using Google forms in making an Online Enrollment System

This Online Enrollment System is a user- friendly software since it can be accessed of the public. This can also be send via email through Gmail account, as private message or a post in Facebook and can embed link to create a document of it.

Though this form is accessible by anyone, the users can assure that his/her data were safe and also, the administrator can secure all of the information from the enrollees since no one can open, change or edit any of those data except for the admin.

To keep updated for all the responses, Google forms will notify the administrators for any new responses while it also gives notices for the users after submitting the form.

This Google forms makes the creation of an Online Enrollment System feasible and affordable because this allows their users to create a form for free.
Conclusions
By applying this software to the current situation of DJAPMNHS, the school’s registrar suffer from this laborious process of enrollment which consumes most of their time and this makes the process slower. The opening for the enrollment was done annually and in this case, records need to be stored and input into a form convenient for retrieval and future uses. An OnlineEnrollment System gives faster and more reliable process of annual enrolment. By filling-up the form, the administrators can have their softcopies from the recorded responses to their Google Drive, a summary in Spreadsheet which can be either softcopy or hardcopy, and a hardcopy in form-like design by just allowing to print it individually or in group. Also, the enrollees can get their own copies of answers which will notify to their Googleaccounts after submitting the form online.

This software are recommended to connect to a website about DJAPMNHS.

The researchers wanted to recommend that this software should have offline notifications through the use of the saved phone no. from data of the enrollees.

To keep the accuracy of the data, a weekly update of the system should be done.

This software should be enhanced and developed for students to quickly and easily enroll in DJAPMNHS and for School’s registrar to lessen the tedious works.
